This thing just progresses. Chemo hit me with a bang. Rough night last night and today is not much better. How will I tolerate more chemo?
Wonderful man was here and cleaned the whole house. I love a clean house...so gave me a lift.
Joe and I just laid on the bed and he looked at me and said,"We're a fine pair to meet."
Still no appetite...jello and ginger ale are delicious. Supposed to keep hydrated, but hard to do when I'm carrying this big belly around. I really feel full. When I get rid of this belly of water on Mon, I know I will feel better.
Balisha
Sunny day is nice.
I'm sorry. Yes you will feel better after the tummy is deflated. Are they giving you meds for nausea and anxiety? They can do that you know. How nice to have a clean house!!! It does feel so much better and I hope you have sunshine steaming in through your windows--that feels better too.
ReplyDeleteSorry you are having a rough go. I hope they can give you something to make you more comfortable.
ReplyDeleteNonie
Judy is right there is meds for nausea and anxiety. It is a rough go with chemo and if you can keep jello and gingerale down it is a good start. One day at a time and sometimes one hour at a time. thinking of you

helps..
Oh Balisha. I wish there was some way to help...besides prayer. It is wonderful to have a clean house. I have you in my mind off and on all day.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear that chemo is not being kind to you. Hopefully it will all be behind you soon. May your clean house be flooded with sunshine and love this weekend.
ReplyDeleteBest,
Bonnie
Hugs, Balisha.
ReplyDeleteSunshine is good.
And Judy's "They can do that, you know" is wise. You have the right to tell the truth about what you're feeling and to ask for the kind of help and/or meds you would like. 'Not a time to be shy!
I hope today is good for you.
Much Love,
Val ♥
May the angels surround you Pat.

We had a bit of a health emergency with a family member, and I haven't been checking blogs regularly. I missed your diagnosis and the opportunity to add my good wishes, prayers, and whatever good vibes I could send your way to those of the others out in the blogging world. I add them now.
ReplyDeleteSending love and keeping you in my prayers.
